1. Send a request to salong@velma.ee and we will start creating an initial offer.
2. The initial inquiry should include photos, blueprints or notes, which give an overview of the dimensions of the room or space you want to furnish. Depending on the type of furniture you require, you might also need to include the locations of the ventilation, water and plumbing systems and electrical connections. More accurate measurements are performed after the initial offer is accepted.
3. Requesting an offer does not cost anything and you are free to decline the initial offer without any obligations. At our first meeting, we will present the capabilities available to us, answer questions and discuss the feasibility of the customer’s requests.

The design of the product is created though the collaboration of the customer and the project manager. The manager will use the requirements and requests of the customer to create a design. The customer will be presented with the technical drawings and 3D images of the planned product.

The initial offer will contain the prices for materials, parts and appliances. Additionally, it will also include the expected date of completion and prices for services like on-site measurement, delivery and installation.

The order is confirmed when payment for at least 50% of the price, set in the initial offer, has been received.

After the initial deposit, both sides will agree upon a set time and date for conducting more thorough on-site measurements.

Transportation and installation will be carried out when full payment for the products and services has been received. Once we have completed production, the customer will be asked to provide a suitable time and date for the delivery. Installation of the product will occur on the same day it is delivered. Disposal of the resulting waste created by product packaging and installation is performed free of charge.

Read the usage guide and warranty terms thoroughly before use, to prevent possible problems that could arise from misuse.

OÜ Velma Mööbel guarantees the quality of the product according to standards, if used according to guidelines. The warranty period lasts for 2 years and begins once the product has been delivered. The warranty is validated with the product receipt.

OÜ Velma Mööbel will accept customer complaints during the warranty period if the product complies with the following conditions:

1. The product was installed by an official OÜ Velma Mööbel representative.
2. The product has only been used for its intended purpose.
3. The product has been used, maintained and stored according to its usage guide.
